Charlotte area Pool Attendant

Luxury Apartment building in Uptown Charlotte is looking for outgoing, friendly Pool Attendants who can enforce rules.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates and promotes a strong commitment to providing the best possible experience for our clients.
• Ensures the "5 Diamond Experience" by maintaining the standards set in the NFC Amenity Management Mission Statement.
• Responsible for the enforcement of all operational policies and procedures, rules and regulations ensuring the safety of our clients and their guests.
• Recognize and respond effectively in emergency situations.
• Carry out emergency operating procedures.
• Keeping pool areas clean and free of debris.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests using NFC approved terminology.
• Must be clean shaven and no visible tattoos
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check

Compensation & Hours

• $16-$17 per hour
• Fri., Sat., and Sun.'s 10am to 8pm only, and MUST work holidays (Memorial Day, Labor Day and July 4th) in addition.
