First Call Staffing, your 1st Call, has manufacturing openings in Richmond, IN.
We need reliable, hard-working, self-motivated individuals who are committed to safety, teamwork, while sending quality products to customers.
Expectations
• Lift up to 50 pounds repetitively
• Safely perform all duties while encouraging safe practices of others
• Stand continuously and perform repetitive hand work, including gripping, for a 12 hour shift
• Work independently and as a team to achieve productivity and quality goals
Job Requirements
• Demonstrate excellent attendance
• Have ability to work overtime as needed to cover production needs
• Pre-employment drug screen is a condition of employment
• Applicant will be subject to a background check
• 8, 10, 12-hour shifts understanding that OT may be required.
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity paying $14+ per hour.
