WHO WE ARE

Established in 2021, SoHo Bistro & Lounge is a new restaurant and bar serving the Manchester area. With delicious appetizers, entrees, and drinks, anyone can find something to enjoy here! Our managing partner, Barry Longshaw has been in the restaurant and nightclub business for over 30 years and is skilled at creating an excellent upscale dining experience. At night, we invite local DJs to come and play music.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HOOKAH - ALCOHOL SERVER

You always have fast-paced and thrilling workdays at our food service establishment. Your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional service to our guests while serving and promoting our top-shelf bottles of liquor. On a typical day, you are expected to keep our dining areas clean and organized, take and fill drink orders, handle cash and credit card payments, and ensure that all guests are satisfied with their experience. You also set up and take down hookah. You love having the opportunity to work a job that is different every day!

SCHEDULE

This position requires you to work Fridays and Saturdays from 9 pm to 1 am.

WHAT IS REQUIRED TO BE A HOOKAH - ALCOHOL SERVER?

• Experience serving alcohol
• Sales experience
• Familiarity with state liquor laws
