We are currently seeking a Stainless Steel Finisher in Dracut, MA
As a Precision Fabricator your day-to-day duties will consist of and may not be limited to:
Special Duties:
• Manipulate more complex parts to match print and dimensional specifications
• Ensure that parts are not over or under finished
• Read dimensional drawings and tolerances
• Finish parts to acceptable standards ensuring customer satisfaction
• Ensures that material surface area is not scratched or damaged and ends of tubes are square and free of burrs
• Ensures parts conform to tight tolerances
• May work with manufacturing and quality engineers to resolve complex finishes
• Ensure tube ends are capped
• Perform laser etching on parts
• Minimal defects, 99.8% acceptance
• May perform DI rinse
• Perform peer inspections
• Ensure all equipment is calibrated to proper specifications
• Use hand and small power tools
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations
Requirements:
• High School Diploma
• 2+ year of finishing experience
• English verbal and written communication skills
• Communicate effectively and respectfully with a diverse population
• Excellent organizational skills
• Possess interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ethical
• Adaptable
• Thrive in a fast paced setting
• Prioritize work efficiently and effectively
• Maintain composure in stressful situations
