Production Associate: Juda, WI
Our customer in Juda, Wisconsin is a family-owned food production enterprise seeking motivated individuals to join their growing team.
Responsibilities of the Production Associate:
- Perform a single or a combination of routine tasks to produce product according to company specifications, quality and safety objectives.
- Carry out preparatory and basic duties such as loading and unloading, setup and monitoring of equipment.
- Ensure production is running efficiently and processes meet Grande and regulatory standards.
- Complete required paperwork.
- Assist with training new Associates.
Production Associate Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of related work experience and/or training required, preferably in a food manufacturing industry.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Strong math, reading, and writing skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to follow instructions/policies/procedures in written, verbal, or diagram form.
Pay for Production Associate: Starting at $18.30+/hour.

Type: 1st Shift, Full-time
Schedule: Rotating schedule from 5:30am – 5:30pm. (2 on, 2 off, 3 on)
