Integrated Mission Command Systems Trainer (Secret Clearance)

Stillwater Government Services is adding a Mission Command Systems Trainer to our growing team in Ft. Wainwright, AK!

As part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the readiness and capabilities of individual soldiers by developing and delivering comprehensive training sessions on Army Mission Command Systems. Collaborating closely with unit leadership, you'll ensure that training programs are finely tuned to meet specific unit objectives, addressing any resource or equipment gaps along the way. Your expertise will be crucial in updating and maintaining Programs of Instruction (POIs) and cultivating a repository of Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) for MCS. Additionally, you'll provide mentorship to less experienced trainers, elevating the overall quality of training delivery.

Position Responsibilities:

· Develop, coordinate, and conduct comprehensive training sessions on Mission Command Systems (MCS) for individual soldiers

· Leverage expertise to effectively teach soldiers how to utilize MCS in various scenarios

· Collaborate with unit leadership to tailor training programs that align with unit objectives, identifying and addressing any resource or equipment gaps prior to training execution

· Revise and update Programs of Instruction (POIs) to ensure relevance and effectiveness

· Curate and maintain a robust repository of Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) for MCS

· Provide leadership and guidance to junior trainers, evaluating and enhancing the quality of their training delivery

Required Qualifications:

· In-depth understanding of training methodologies, with a focus on delivering effective programs

· Expertise in Mission Command Systems technology and related subject matter

· Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with a proven ability to engage and instruct diverse audiences and deliver complex technical information to soldiers with varying levels of expertise

· An ability to establish rapport, to instill confidence, and to foster a positive learning environment among trainees

· Adeptness to troubleshooting technical issues and solving problems that may arise during training exercises

· A passion for excellence and an unwavering commitment to the success of your units, with a commitment to ensuring that soldiers are properly trained and prepared for their roles

· An active SECRET level clearance

Education and Experience:

· A bachelor’s degree or associate’s degree and 6+ years of relevant training experience in MCS or other similar/related field
