A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CLIENT & DISPATCH SERVICES COORDINATOR

In this dynamic Client & Dispatch Services Coordinator role, you make a point to provide exceptional care and attention to both our clients and our team. You are committed to making clients feel listened to and cared for while receiving quality and efficient services for their homes and businesses. In order to keep things running smoothly, you keep open lines of communication between techs and warehouses, as well as schedule service appointments and update files accordingly.

While dispatching services you are attentive to our clients' and field technicians' schedules and do everything you can to maximize scheduling efficiency. You keep customers up-to-date with job progress and completion so they never feel "out of the loop!" Your attention to detail and your stellar customer service skills help keep us growing and serving our clients well!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Driver's license with a clean driving record
• Willingness to invest time in training seminars and classes
• Knowledge of sales area or map reading skills
• Keeps a professional appearance
• Mechanically minded

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred, but not required. Can you manage your time well and prioritize multiple tasks effectively?
