Property Maintenance Repair Tech

Position: Maintenance Repair Technician

Job Type: Part-Time up to 32.00 hours per week

Pay: $18.00 per hour or DOE

What you will be doing:

• Perform minor/major maintenance/repair of apartments, buildings, door locks, gating, plumbing, caulking, pipes, etc, as needed.

• Conduct inspections of vacated and occupied apartments for maintenance and repairs needs.

• Maintain outdoor lighting and repair.

• Maintain swimming pool if applicable.

• Replace baseboard heaters, switches, thermostats, appliance parts (i.e. oven elements, water heater elements)

• Maintain good public relations with the community by conducting all property activities in a professional manner

• On call for emergencies such as fire, electrical, or flood

• Other duties as assigned

What we look for:

• Must have GED/HS Diploma

• Valid Driver's License with an operating vehicle and auto insurance

• General Appliance Maintenance

• Plumbing & Electrical Experience

• Grounds and Curb Appeal

Preferred but not Required:

• Previous experience in multifamily maintenance
