Position:
-Community Health General Dentistry-with option for more complex cases
-Private Group with 3 locations in Oquawka, Stronghurst, and Monmouth IL
-Join one other Full time DDS
-4 day work week Monday-Thursday
-4OPS, 2 assistants, 2 Hygienist, 1 office manager.
-General Sedation
-20 New patients monthly
-Worked with the Underserved
-Payer Mix is 70 Medicare and 30% Insurance
-Dentures, Crowns, and Wave 1 Root Canal
-All labs sent out
-Visa Candidates Welcome
-Student Loan Reimbursement
-EMR-Epic
Offering:
- Compensation is straight base $190k (depending on experience), sign-on is $10k, and 401k with 3% match
- $2k Relocation, CE $2,500-5days, PTO 15days+5sick days+2 personal days, $5k towards personal health insurance
