Our DELMIA Sales team is looking for a Sr. Account Executive who will be focusing on the CPG and Retail space. The location for this position is flexible. This is a remote position that will include travel.
As a Sr. Account Executive you will be responsible for successfully achieving revenue targets and growth objectives in your assigned territory. This role will perform end-to-end customer engagements from open to close, compliant with internal processes and framework.

Sell and promote 3DS value and strategic vision by promoting Brand Promise and Industry Fundamentals to obtain customer commitment on a long-term business transformation

Manage negotiation with the customer by complying with all 3DS engagement processes (Finance, Legal), government and local regulations, DS policies and ethical standards

Define a successful sales strategy to hit revenue target and sustain growth objectives leveraging sales initiatives defined by the brand

Generate growth in assigned territory using industry market analysis

Transform Marketing and Sales leads into Opportunities

Build and develop trusted relationships at executive level and within all layers of client organization to ensure sustainable business for 3DS

Utilize and complete internal CRM according to corporate guidelines
- Bachelor's degree in related field required
- Extensive knowledge in the CPG/Retail Industries
- 8+ years' of successful enterprise software solution sales experience
- Experience with and/or knowledge of supply chain optimization
- Exposure to manufacturing software (ERP, PLM, MES) a plus, but not required
- Effective Relationship Building Skills
- Effective Negotiation Skills
- Strong Communication Skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage complex ecosystems
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
