Job Description
This position will provide administrative support for several Design Engineering departments including Business Management, Product Management, Business Development, Operations & Sales.
REQUIRED
- Possess basic skills in MS Office and Outlook
- Ability to learn new applications and use databases such as Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics
- Possess good communication skills, and be able to work well with individuals of all backgrounds and status
- Ability to work independently, use good judgment, make decisions and handle urgent situations, as needed
- Must be organized and highly efficient to be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize job functions
PREFERRED
- Certified in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Experience in SAP, SharePoint, Access, PowerBI, Concur, Ariba, and web-based applications
WORK EXPERIENCE
REQUIRED
- 3 years of relevant/similar work experience
- Experience utilizing various computer applications/systems to include Microsoft Office
PREFERRED
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Experience with Concur expense software
EDUCATION
REQUIRED
- High School Diploma
PREFERRED
- Associates Degree preferred
LANGUAGE
- Fluent in English both written and verbal
