Job Description
Position: Data Entry Clerk
Location: Florence, KY
Salary: $15/hour
Responsibilities:
· Accurately enter data into our company database from various sources, including paper documents, electronic files, and other formats.
· Verify data for accuracy and completeness, making necessary corrections as needed.
· Maintain confidentiality and integrity of data by following company policies and procedures.
· Assist with data cleanup projects and database maintenance tasks as assigned.
· Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in data entry or related field preferred.
· Proven experience in data entry or administrative role preferred.
· Proficiency in typing and data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
· Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and data management software.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Pay Details: $14.50 to $15.00 per hour
