Are You Fun And Positive, Like My Mom?

Hi! I am looking for a caregiver for Mom at my home: Arts/crafts/shopping, 2-3 hrs/day, 3-5x/wk, flexible 10 a.m. start. Must have good driving record, 5+ yrs experience and initiative to come with ideas for companionship. Mom needs a gentle hand getting in/out of car (she is quite mobile), and she has short-term memory issues. Active, fun, positive attitude desired. Prior senior care experience, hourly rate, schedule availability, and fit details appreciated. Please let me know why you left your last care job and if you can provide references.
