Job Description
Use Autodesk Inventor to create comprehensive 3D models of the products
Create shop drawings of those models for the factory workers to use and reference when there are any questions
Send Third Party Agencies, such as UL or Miami-Dade County, dimensions and installation instructions using the 3D models and drawings of the products
Use Autodesk AutoCAD to create sales 2D drawings of the products
These drawings include Dimensioned views, as well as Cut-a-way views and thumbnails for the company website, Installation guides with detailed screw patterns of each product, and Specification Sheets with material properties and various tolerances.
Be a Company Liaison with Third Party Agencies & Companies.
This includes certifications and approvals of product lines
Reviewing Third Party testing reports, or requests
Working closely with Engineers of partner companies
