Position: After-School Site Supervisor
Location: Tarrant County
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM - 6:30 PM (No Weekends)
Pay: $19-22 per hour
About Us:
Tarrant County Kids an esteemed childcare program that exists to support working families who need a safe and nurturing place after school. Affiliated with Girls Inc. of Tarrant County, is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team. We're on a mission to provide a nurturing after-school environment where children aged 4-12 can flourish. Our licensed care services are offered in collaboration with Arlington and Fort Worth ISD elementary schools.

Your Role and Impact:
- As an After-School Site Supervisor, you'll be at the forefront of creating an enriching experience for the children in our care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Crafting and executing a holistic after-school care curriculum encompassing academics, arts, physical activities, and character development.
- Collaborating with like-minded individuals to foster a safe, engaging, and educational environment.
- Empowering children to explore their potential and build skills that will serve them well throughout life.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate assigned Site Instructors
- Ensure employees comply with the Minimum Standards for School-Age and Before or After-School Programs as set forth by the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- A genuine passion for helping children grow and thrive.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility, creativity, and the ability to adapt to varying needs.
- 1 year of experience in childcare, education, or related fields
