Paintless Dent Repair

JOB SUMMARY

Briggs Automotive Group is currently seeking an experienced Paintless Dent Repair Technician to join our team in Fort Scott, Kansas. The Paintless Dent Repair Technician will work on a variety of vehicles from small cars to large trucks to repair hail damage using the paintless dent repair method. We are looking for an individual who has a good understanding of the Auto Industry and a keen eye for detail.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

This is a Full Time position with an hourly rate of $15-$20 per hour,  we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, health insurance, life insurance, and other benefits.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Evaluate vehicles for paintless dent repair, determining size, condition, and location of dents, scuffs, and scratches

• Use various techniques and hand tools to repair damage, including tapping, tightening, grinding, polishing, and vacuuming

• Utilize eco-friendly cleaning agents to ensure the highest quality of work

• Communicate effectively with customers regarding necessary repairs and estimated turnaround times

• Ensure that each job is completed on time and to the highest safety standards

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or GED

• 2+ years of experience as a Paintless Dent Repair Technician

• Ability to follow detailed directions and procedures

• Excellent customer service skills

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
