This position earns $60k-$85k plus a year, depending on experience. A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN APPLIANCE REPAIR TECHNICIAN

As an Appliance Repair Technician, your days are filled with fulfilling responsibilities. You'll conduct diagnostics and repairs at customers' homes or other locations, demonstrating your expertise in resolving issues and educating customers on the proper appliance usage. Driving your company-provided service vehicle, you'll record service details on a company-provided iPad, maintain inventory control, and uphold high levels of skill and proficiency in appliance repair. Attending paid training sessions and meetings will keep you updated on industry advancements, while your dedication to exceptional customer service and adherence to our values ensure a rewarding experience. As needed, you take on additional duties, showcasing your versatility and contributing to our reputation as the most dependable and knowledgeable repair business in Arizona!

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Arizona driver's license and a copy of the current AZ driver's abstract
  • Strong technical abilities and a "can-do attitude"
  • A good driving record and a minimum of 1 year of experience
  • The ability to lift approximately 100 lbs
  • Proficiency in managing on-truck inventory

Certification in appliance repair or an AAS degree, 1 year of experience in the appliance industry, and the ability to speak Spanish are a plus!

LOCATION AND SCHEDULE

This is a full-time position with a typical schedule of 8 am to 5 pm. As a technician, you'll have the opportunity to serve customers in various regions around the Phoenix area. We aim to assign technicians based on their geographic location to minimize commute time, as technicians do not report to the office daily and most parts are delivered to either the customers' homes or yours.
