Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee, manage and direct the daily operations and provide direct care services.
  • Responsible for creating a positive client and employee experience
  • Monitors, evaluates and modifies the operational processes
  • Assists in developing and implementing facility policies and procedures
  • Ensures the facility is safe, clean and tidy
  • Provides operational direction for medical services, clinical services and all contracted operational staff
  • Carries out the personnel management activities associated with direct staff supervision
  • Assists in developing and monitoring annual strategic plan for facility/program
  • Works with our Quality Management team to ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation laws/regulations and represents program in internal and external audits
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationship with physicians, admissions, marketing, referral sources and other key stakeholders

Licensure, Education, & Experience:

  • Master’s degree or above from an accredited college or university; require master’s level clinical licensure (LPC, LCSW, Ph.D./Psy.D.)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a behavioral health or general healthcare setting, which includes supervision of others and successful operations oversight
