Charles Lea Center in Spartanburg, SC is looking to hire a full-time GreenLea Team Leader. The GreenLea Team Leader works under the guidance of the Assistant Director of Center Ventures with the focus of supervising and assisting 2-3 Crew Members in performing lawn maintenance and landscaping of the Charles Lea Center main campus, Charles Center homes Lea Industries,

providing innovative assistive and enabling technology options to support adults where they live, work and play.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF GREENLEA TEAM LEADER:

As the GreenLea Team Leader, you will provide training and support for GreenLea Groundskeeping Team Members to help them reach their maximum potential in terms of personal and vocational growth, as well as their earning capacity. To ensure a high-quality outcome for GreenLea Groundskeeping customers so that the business will succeed and remain as viable path for future growth for the individuals we serve and the Charles Lea Center employees. Will perform and teach other members to perform, all secondary cutting and trimming task contracted for each specific location, using a variety of tools and equipment such as small hand tools, string trimmers, edgers, blowers, hedge trimmers, pole saws, any other duties assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma/GED
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check upon hire
• Ability to drive large pickup truck and tow an equipment trailer
• Operate Zero Turn lawn mower and other lawn equipment
• Lift 50 pounds
• Prior groundskeeping experience strongly preferred
