We are now recruiting qualified candidates for Customer Care Account Specialist.


As the Customer Care Account Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the customer experience with Chemsolv. You will own the order fulfillment process for assigned accounts and are responsible for building partnerships with clientele and long-term business relationships.

Additional responsibilities for Customer Care Specialist include:

  • Provides pricing and delivery information.
  • Enters orders into ERP system.
  • Confirms orders and delivery dates.
  • Follows-up on customer orders and inquiries with thorough communication.
  • Checks stock for availability and delivery time
  • Coordinates with other departments to ensure successful delivery of the product.
  • Provides daily/weekly/monthly reporting to Customer Care Manager
  • Provides superior customer service and maintains client satisfaction through critical thinking, problem-solving and decision making.

Qualifications for this role include:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or communication or related field preferred or equivalent experience
  • Customer fulfillment experience required.
  • Project Management skills required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • Knowledge of Datacor or ERP system preferred.
  • Proven customer service skills required.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and manage complex accounts.
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Critical thinking skills required.
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Dependable and punctual
