Responsibilities:

  • CCTV and Alarm System Management: Direct the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV and alarm systems, ensuring comprehensive surveillance and security throughout our facilities. This role may require hands-on work to repair and maintain security systems.
  • Security Training: Develop and deliver security training programs for bank staff, highlighting physical security awareness and emergency procedures.
  • Physical Security Assessments: Perform regular security assessments of bank facilities to identify vulnerabilities and recommend security enhancements.
  • Information Security Program Support: Assist with managing the security aspects of the bank's information security program, working closely with IT and cybersecurity teams to ensure a cohesive security posture.


Requirements:


  • Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field, OR 4 years of equivalent experience in physical security or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrable expertise in the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV and alarm systems.
  • Experience in conducting physical security assessments and implementing security improvements.
  • Ability to develop and facilitate security training sessions.
  • Knowledge of information security principles is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15%.
