About Us:

Soprana Rooftop Cucina is the Appalachia-meets-Alps style rooftop restaurant featuring brick oven pizza and locally sourced ingredients paired with a curation of craft beer, wines and cocktails. Perched atop the Embassy Suites in Downtown Asheville, guests will enjoy sweeping, unobstructed views of the Blue Ridge Mountains in a casual atmosphere worth visiting time and time again. It’s an approachable hangout spot for locals and an inventive, only-in-Asheville setting for visitors. The restaurant opens March 2023 and is located at 192 Haywood Street, Asheville, NC 28801.

The Role:

As a Restaurant Server, you’re not just taking orders – you’ll be providing our guests with an unforgettable dining experience against the backdrop of breathtaking vistas.

What You'll Do:

• Provide attentive and personalized service to our guests, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
• Showcase your knowledge of the menu, offering recommendations and guiding guests through their dining journey.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that each dish is prepared to perfection.
• Collaborate seamlessly with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure a smooth flow of service.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
• Maintain a well-organized dining area, ensuring that it's clean and set up for a memorable experience.
• Embrace the challenge of ensuring guests' satisfaction while working in a dynamic rooftop setting.

Your Skills and Style:

• 2 years previous experience as a Restaurant Server is required, and experience in an upscale Italian restaurant with in-depth Italian wine knowledge is a plus.
• Your passion for hospitality shines through – you thrive on creating memorable dining experiences.
