We have immediate openings for experienced CCW Security Agents with excellent customer service skills who aspire to be leaders in the field! The ideal candidate(s) should enjoy interacting with a diverse group of people and have a positive attitude.

Very Competitive pay rate (1 full-time position available)

Specific Duties:

• Monitor, control, patrol, and secure physical access to protected facilities
• Identify and neutralize potential threats to personnel and property
• Allowing only authorized materials and/or persons in and out of the facility
• Apprehend and detain violators in preparation for police arrival
• Serve as a mediator in conflict/resolutions
• Responsible for foot patrol of the client's property
• Working knowledge of CCTV systems
• Correcting or reporting irregular conditions
• Enforcing rules and regulations
• Maintain excellent relationship with law enforcement
• Assist the facility as needed with security for on-site special events
• Maintain effective communication with other team members and facility management
• Conduct investigatory interviews upon request, collect data for investigation reports, and provide summaries to facility management
• Report all incidents, accidents, or medical emergencies to site management
• Respond to emergencies such as medical, natural disasters, and/or direct imminent threats, as well as alarms such as fire and intrusion while following emergency response proceedings
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High School diploma (or GED) required or any equivalent combination of education, specialized training, and/or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities for this position
• Must have a valid Nevada PLIB White Card
• Must have a valid Nevada CCW license
• Minimum 2 years security experience required
• Previous law enforcement or military experience a plus
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Possess exceptional customer service skills and ability to interface professionally with all levels of internal and external customers
• Must have basic computer and report-writing skills
• Must be flexible to work some evenings and/or weekends if needed

Drug screening and background checks are required. Qualified candidates may be required to pass additional written test(s).
