Description of Duties:

• Run department equipment to produce product according to customer’s guidelines and standard operating procedures.
• Conduct quality checks.
• Read and understand production tickets.
• Package and move finished product.
• Assist with machine set-up.
• Complete electronic and paper documentation.
• Indentory/handle finished product efficiently and accurately; mail product.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Assist coworkers when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Experience/Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and write basic English.
• 1+ years related experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work consecutively 12-hour shifts, rotating 2-2-3 days per week including weekend rotations.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.
• Standard climate-controlled production environment; exposure to loud noise (PPE is provided).
• Ability to lift, carry and push/pull up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, pivot, crouch, squat, kneel, and stoop for up to 12 hours.
• Sensory requirements: vision, hearing, feeling.
• Upper extremity motion requirements: fine motor movements, pushing/pulling with arms, grasping and pinching.
• Lower extremity motion requirements: reaching.
• Post offer, pre-employment physical assessment required.
• Pre-employment background check and drug test is required.
