Retail Delivery Analyst Senior

Working with moderate supervision from the Retail Delivery Manager, responsible for the project management of all department project with emphasis on small to medium sized business line projects. Lead Retail Delivery Analyst II thru their projects to ensure tasks plans are created/followed and projects are completed within scope of timelines, cost and quality. Through interaction with internal and external partners, implement Retail Delivery initiatives and enhance the daily performance of the Retail Delivery systems and processes. This role serves as the main point of contact for all business lines, management, team members and third-party vendors. Guide Retail Delivery Analyst to analyze data and identify requirements around each project and completing any BSS or other documentation for project implementation. Oversee and monitor report data for trends and potential issues that need to be resolved to maintain department service levels. Additionally, responsible for creating and maintaining test plans, new customer facing workflows, checklists and project materials.

As a Senior Retail Delivery Analyst, you will:

• Facilitate and lead teams on the successful execution and implementation of projects. Promote advocacy and team collaboration by providing coaching and mentoring colleagues, leveraging their strengths.
• Develop detailed project plans for ATM, Debit, Instant Issue and Gift Card with Retail Delivery Analyst and obtain approval from management. Oversee smaller/medium projects and manage larger project, updating management of progress, task assignments, and timelines.
• Escalation on all Retail Delivery Business Lines, ATM, Debit, Instant issue and Gift Card. Act as a mentor, trainer, and reference support for Retail Analyst
• Lead Analyst on all bank acquisitions related to ATM, Debit, Instant Issue and Gift Cards. Create processes, task plans, etc. for Analysts to support.
• Leverage analytics tool to maximize effectiveness of systems and present portfolio/database insight and recommendations to management. Assis management on all business line reporting to maintain business line SLA's and look for process improvements/efficiencies.
• Review test results to be executed on core business processes to improve and optimize performance on ATM and Instant Issue software and upgrade implementation.
• Act as escalation point for vendor contact for business line projects and daily system oversight.
• Foster a culture of quality, process discipline and service excellence. Lead change and risk management. Collaborate with other department project managers/team leads to ensure all requirements documentations are detailed and designed for the desired outcomes.
• Manage escalations on all Retail Delivery systems and processes to Identify key observations during report and system analysis and recommend actions to improve performance or resolve issues. Recommend process improvements to management.
• Manage internal communications on enhancements, changes and outages.
• Prepare and present ATM, Debit, Instant Issue and Gift Card changes and updates to market management, branches, back-office colleagues, etc. as required.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business. Required

Experience

• 4-7 years financial services, analysis and systems experience. Required
