POSITION SUMMARY:


As a Recruitment Specialist, your role involves sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to fulfill our organization’s staffing requirements. The ideal candidate possesses a strong grasp of recruitment strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.


The salary range will be $65,000 -$70,000 DOE, along with phenomenal benefits and bonus opportunities!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies in partnership with hiring managers.
  2. Source Candidates: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
  3. Screen Resumes and Conduct Interviews: Evaluate resumes and conduct initial interviews with both candidates and hiring managers.
  4. Candidate Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and updates.
  5. Reference Checks and Background Screenings: Conduct necessary reference checks and background screenings.
  6. Job Offers and Negotiations: Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment with selected candidates.
  7. Maintain Candidate Information: Keep candidate and job information accurate and up-to-date in the applicant tracking system.
  8. Build External Relationships: Develop and nurture relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources.
  9. Stay Informed: Remain updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and hiring.


REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Proven track record as a Recruitment Specialist or in a similar role, successfully filling positions promptly.
  3. Recruitment Knowledge: Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
  5. Adaptability: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
