Experienced Wholesale Title Clerk

Job Summary:

Frank Kent Motor Company is seeking an experienced Wholesale Title Clerk, with at least 3 years of experience, to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. This is a full-time, hourly administrative position in the auto industry. As an individual contributor, the Wholesale Title Clerk will be responsible for managing the wholesale title process for our dealership, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all title documents and reporting. This role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual with a broad understanding of the title process in the auto industry. Pay rate based on experience.

Responsibilities:

- Process and reconcile title paperwork for wholesale vehicle sales
- Verify accuracy of all title documents and communicate with necessary parties to resolve any discrepancies
- Submit accurate and timely reports to the dealership’s accounting department
- Maintain a thorough understanding of state and federal vehicle titling regulations
- Communicate with wholesale buyers and sellers regarding title status and resolve any issues or concerns
- Keep track of all title documentation and maintain organized records
- Collaborate with dealership team members to ensure the title process meets company standards and deadlines
- Stay current on changing title laws and regulations in the auto industry

Requirements:

- Previous Auto Auction experience preferred. 
- At least 3 years of experience as a Wholesale Title Clerk in the auto industry
- Proficient in MS Office and title processing software
- Strong knowledge of state and federal vehicle titling regulations
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
