Customer Service - Car Rental Agent

Sterling Car Rental, an affiliate of Bob Bell Automotive, has an opening for a Customer Service Rental Agents.  We are looking for qualified multi-talented individuals for our Glen Burnie location, located in the rear of Bob Bell Commercial Trucks, next to Bob Bell Ford.

Applicants MUST be over the age of 21, possess a clean driving record, have own transportation, and be able to pass drug screen and background check.

Qualified individuals should be able to multi-task in a busy office environment.

Prior customer service or related experience helpful but will train the right individuals.

Computer experience with windows based programs is required.

We will train you in all aspects of running a car rental branch location.

The ability to work flexible hours is a must. We are open Monday thru Friday from 8:00 am until 6:00 pm.

Job duties will consist delivery of rental vehicles to customers, presentation of rental contracts and video inspections, interaction with body shops and insurance companies to assist our customers in facilitating rentals.

Starting wage is $17.00 per hour plus commission. We offer generous vacation time off and a company sponsored 401k program with a 1 percent match on contributions.
