Dealership Express Lane Service Advisor

Northland CDJR is looking for the right person to lead our Express Lane Team.  We are looking for someone who is energetic, organized and motivated to grow with our company.

Express Lane Service Advisor is responsible for the following.

• Prompt Greeting- Greet the customers within 2 minutes of their arrival in the service lane.
• Listening intently to their needs and concerns.
• Documenting and writing up their vehicle for services requested or recommended.
• Keeping customer up to date on the status of their service. 
• Review 23 point inspection with the customer and provide a written estimate for work recommended.
• Keep a daily log of customers.
• Set the next appointment upon completion.
