If you're looking for work that never feels like work, complete with crazy-good food, beer and wine, then we have the job for you! We're a hardworking group of managers, bartenders, servers, food runners, hosts, bussers and chefs dedicated to serving the best pizzas and pastas in town.

You'll be the lasting impression we want our guests to experience; on the front lines giving amazing service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. It's not just about knowing the menu and cocktails inside and out...working with us means giving our guests the whole Nello's experience.

Here's what you'll do:

• Make all of our guests feel comfortable and let them know you're there to take care of them
• Know regulars by name; know their preferences and needs
• Make recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy
• Take food and beverage orders and enter orders in the POS
• Communicate regularly with your tables and anticipate their needs
• Keep the good times rolling by regularly refilling drinks, clearing the table, and going above and beyond guest expectations
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant
• Keep it clean during your shift. Make it a place where you would like to eat.

You need to be:

A genuine individual who prides themselves on helping and serving guests. While experience is great, don't fret! We are willing to train and mold the right candidate! Excellent English communication skills and the desire to work as part of a team. Standing for long periods of time and lifting up to 25 pounds shouldn't bother you one bit, and working weekends or some holidays should be doable.
