This position will allow you to use your handyman skills and provide customer service skills at the same time. Rate: Starting at $18/hour depending on skills and experience.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Assist with resident work orders in apartments.
• Assist with turnover of apartments.
• May perform grounds/landscaping work as needed.
• Light electrical, plumbing, HVAC in apartments.
• Appliance repair.
• Customer service.
• Rotating on-call with an on-call bonus!

• Prior residential maintenance experience is preferred.
• Working cell phone.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Valid PA Driver's License and reliable and insured transportation.
• High School Diploma/GED.
