Full job description: Interior Designer Location: Swisshelm Park, Pittsburgh, PA Job Summary Lemo Home Remodeling LLC, which is a boutique construction firm, is currently seeking an experienced and full-time Residential Interior Designer to join its pre-construction team. Job Responsibilities - Collaborate with clients to gather design requirements, preferences, and budget constraints for residential renovation projects. - Develop comprehensive interior design plans that harmonize with architectural structures, considering elements like color, lighting, and furnishings. - Produce detailed 2D and 3D design renderings using software tools such as Sketchup, AutoCad, Revit, and Vray. - Oversee design projects from initial concept to completion, ensuring client satisfaction and design integrity. - Coordinate closely with professionals to ensure seamless project execution. - Source and recommend high-quality materials and products that align with design visions and budgetary constraints. - Stay abreast of the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies relevant to residential spaces. - Attend client meetings, design reviews, and site visits to ensure alignment and address any design modifications. - Ensure all designs adhere to safety regulations and local building codes. Job Requirements - At least two years experience as an Interior Designer or similar role - Experience with construction company projects - Holds a Bachelor's degree in design discipline, preferred Architecture & Interior Design degree - Certification and Proficiency in design software, such as Sketchup, AutoCad, Revit and Vray Send resumes to: lemo.remodeling@gmail.com
