\nHours: 1st (Mon-Fri, 7am-3pm) 2nd (Mon-Thur, 3pm-1am)

\nCNC Machinist Responsibilities: 
\n- Machine Setup and Operation: Set up CNC machines (Lathe, Milling, Horizontal Boring Bar) according to job specifications, including loading raw materials, selecting appropriate tools, and configuring machine settings. 
\n- Programming: Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM files to program CNC machines for accurate and efficient machining operations. 
\n- Quality Control: Perform in-process and final inspections to verify dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and adherence to quality standards. Make necessary adjustments to ensure conformance to specifications. 
\n- Tool Maintenance: Monitor tool wear and perform routine maintenance tasks such as tool changes, sharpening, and replacement to optimize machine performance and prolong tool life. 
\n- Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot machine errors, tooling issues, and programming errors to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules. 
\n- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of machining operations, including setup sheets, inspection reports, and tooling logs.

\nRequirements for CNC Machinist: 
\n- 2-year Machine Tool diploma required 
\n- Blueprint reading 
\n- Material identification 
\n- Must be able to use and read measuring / gaging devices 
\n- Need to be able to work both independently and with others 
\n- Technical aptitude 
\n- 2-5 years job shop experience preferred, willing to train the right candidate
