Receptionist

We are a busy upbeat nail salon in search of a positive, outgoing, friendly, personality to answer calls, schedule appointments, greet and accommodate our guests, and assist in day to day salon activities including sanitation. You will need to be skilled in multi-tasking, cash handling, customer service, and a self starter. Lots of room to grow with in management.

Current hours available:
Monday 9:30am-6pm
Tuesday - Friday 9:30am-7pm
Saturday 9:30am-6pm
Sunday 11:30pm-6pm

Full-Time and Part-Time available. (Full-Time is preferred.)

Job duties include;
•Maintain positive and welcoming energy for the team and guests
•Manage and maximize the schedule of 20+ employees
•Accommodate guests as they arrive, check-in them in and out, confirm and complete personal data entry
•Maintain booking percentages
•Be fluent in our products, services, and guest experience protocols
•You will be looked to as the expert on all things Topcoat Nail Bar and will conduct yourself in a professional level of expertise.
•Oversee and contribute. to our sanitation practices
•Oversee and report employee practices are in alignment with Topcoat standards
•Pick up supplies from local retailers as needed
•Following project work flows and completing checklist tasks
•Take care of the aesthetics of the salon.
•Manage social media accounts
