Job: Seasonal Pool Monitor

Job description: The Seasonal Pool Monitor is responsible for enforcing pool rules and ensuring the safety of residents/guests in the pool area.

Compensation, Benefits and Perks:

• Compensation- $12/Hr

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain the safety of all pool patrons.
• Locking and/or unlocking the pool gate
• Enforce pool rules and regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting patrons with inquiries, requests, and general pool-related assistance.
• Perform routine inspections of the pool area to identify any potential hazards or maintenance needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pool area and surrounding facilities.
• Report any incidents, accidents, or concerns to the appropriate personnel promptly.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Community and Service Manager.

Qualifications:
The Seasonal Pool Monitor shall have the following skills and experience:

• Must be 18 years and over

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Must be punctual and reliable.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
