• Respond to inquiries, problem solving, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Fostering strong relationships with clients to maintain client retention.
• Treating each client interaction as an opportunity for education and account rounding.
• Assisting clients with submitting and resolving claims, delivering new policies, and cancellations.
• Updating client information and issuing insurance documentation.

• Ohio Property & Casualty license preferred, will assist the right candidate to get licensed.
• 3+ years of Personal Lines customer service experience a plus.
• Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Strong computer and technical skills, including Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with agency management software (Partner XE) a plus.
• Conduct yourself in a professional manner in all communication, including via the phone, email, and face to face.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
