Physical Requirements:Lifting objects up to 25 lbs. Sitting for long periods of time.
Shift:Monday – Friday; 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; and rarely may require working weekend or evening hours.
Job Summary:As an IS Technical Support Specialist III, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to end-users and clients within our organization. Your expertise will be crucial in resolving technical issues, troubleshooting software and hardware problems, and implementing effective solutions to optimize system performance. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with other IT members to escalate and resolve issues, contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation and knowledge bases. The ideal candidate will possess experience in IT support, an understanding of various operating systems and networking principles, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The candidate will also help users determine hardware and software needs and handles the procurement process and tracks orders and distribution of IT and departmental assets.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:Proficiency in computer programming, data base management and software.
