The responsibilities of the manufacturing associate are being reliable and dependable to be able to maintain the operation of machines assigned to the operators, cooks and section coordinator. Ensure that the product is correct according to the shoot list; plastic type, style type, color and number of stringer/pounds being produced. An operator must pace themselves between two presses to ensure they are using the pull, push, hang method to keep a consistent workflow. Also being a proactive team member by keeping in constant communication with their cook, coordinator, and management team from delays to the shoot list, performing regular color checks and color changes, all to ensure lean manufacturing and high-quality baits are being produced as effectively as possible. The physical demand of operating is being able to lift 10-15 lbs. and being able to be on feet for a 10-hour shift.


Responsible for working with a team ensuring quality products are packaged correctly in a timely manner. Will be under the direction of the lead staff and is responsible for bundling and casing products packaged by the packaging table correctly and in a timely manner. A packager will be seated at a table that consists of 7 packagers and 1 boxer, this table will work as a team to execute functions of the table; lean process, chair assignments, and table rotations. A packager must possess the following qualities in order to complete his/her job effectively; be reliable, dependable, proactive, cooperative; have the willingness to learn and listen, be able to communicate effectively and understand and read written instruction. A packager may be cross trained as a welder. A welder is responsible for welding skirts onto baits with quality welds. The welder will use the lean process of the welding unit to ensure timely completion of welding orders. The welder will be under the supervision of the welding lead.

Be able to sit or stand for 10+ hours.

Monday through Thursday: 6:00AM to 4:30PM
