Currently, our office is seeking a Dental Billing Administrator for our practice in Zillah, WA! The ideal candidate will have prior dental insurance and billing coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Review ledgers, gather appropriate information & assist with conversations to bring patients up to date on financial statuses.
• Enter patient financial activity in computer.
• Verify & record accounts receivable activity.
• Follow up on insurance claims.
• Follow up on delinquent accounts.
• Arrange payment schedules with patients.
• Work with 3rd party vendor handling insurance verification, billings, receivables.
• Experience using dental software is a huge plus.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Prior front office experience with a focus on Dental insurance and billing coordination.
