Pay

• $75,000.00-$200,000.00 yearly
• Bonuses are available

• No on-call after 7 years of running a truck (technician jobs only)
• Vacation structure = Year 1 of employment: 1 week after 6 months, 1 week after the next 6 months. Years 2-4 of employment: 2 weeks for the year. Years 5-9 of employment: 3 weeks for the year. Years 10+ of employment: 4 weeks for the year. *Can get paid for vacation days if you don't use them*
• 3 floating holidays per year (sick days, random days off, etc)

Responsibilities

• Run 2-3 appointments per day.
• Meet with homeowners to identify their water concerns, test water, and design a system that fits their needs.
• Go through necessary water treatment training.
• Fill out paperwork and orders for sold jobs.

Job requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the Water Treatment Industry -Required
• 3+ Years of Sales Experience -Required
• Must have aValid Driver's License and clean driving record
• Clean background check
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
