Compensation & Benefits:

$17-19/hour, 38-42 hours / week, (variable hour benefit ineligible). Plus ~$500 extra junior clinic income. Meals and uniforms are provided at no charge, and person will have full practice and playing privileges. Housing provided at no charge w/bed, and can caddie earning an extra $1,000-$2,000/year.

Position Summary:

The club is looking to hire seasonal interns with a flexible start date beginning in May to August for a three-month internship, Level I or II PGM students. Person will assist in the management of the outside service operations of the Championship and Par 3 Course.

• 50+ interns mentored and advanced,
• Customized, and well-rounded internship -- will expose you to all facets,

• Assist in Caddie Program, Junior Golf Program (225 juniors), and pace of play.
• Stage and clean golf carts.
• Wash clubs and maintain bag room organization.
• Keep the range and practice facilities well stocked and maintained.
• Interact with members and guests at main entrance.
• Support Assistant Professionals in tournament setup.
• Assist with club repair and equipment needs to the membership.
• Be a part of a team in developing customer service initiatives in the outside services.

Qualifications:

• High School graduate and PGM Level I minimum
• A minimum of one-year work experience in the golf industry, preferably at a private facility
• Ability to lift 30lbs independently
• Reliable and ability to solve problems and work independently
