What You'll Do:

    Administer compensation programs, including merit, bonus, and equity components,
  • Actively participate in equity planning, utilizing previous experience in stock plan administration
  • Prepare and provide information to employees about stock plan eligibility, vesting schedules, and exercsie process
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the stock plans, including equity grants, exercises, and releases, preparing grants and processing employee transactions
  • Participate in other compensation related activites such as proposals, job evaluations, promotion requests, and salary surveys
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding equity and compensation programs while providing excellent service to team members at all levels
  • Support HR reporting and analytics, ensuring quality data and metrics are available for business needs, including data analysis
  • Stay updated on changes in regulations and compliance requirements affecting stock plans
  • Participate in HR projects, contributing to initiatives with a focus on project tasks and deliverables, demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow in the role
Experience & Education Requirements / EEO

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in human resources or a related field with knowledge of equity processes and administration
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to confidently present products, deliverables, analyses, and/or issues
  • Possess an analytical mindset, with the ability to understand a situation or problem and think critically to make decisions or come up with solutions
  • Be comfortable managing upward, including being a proactive communicator and asking for help when needed
  • Have confidence and be able to establish valuable relationships with others
  • Must be able to prioritize key tasks and have a strong sense of ownership over your work
  • Be active in seeking out ways to continuously improve yourself and gain new knowledge

Things That Would be Great if You Brought to the Table:

  • Experience with ADP WorkforceNow and managing carrier connections
  • Previous experience with Equity Edge

We'll also need you to:

  • Be able to travel 1-2 times per year between AZ and VA offices

Work Environment:

This position primarily works in the company office or in a home office. The position is largely sedentary with the majority of the position sitting in a chair and working with a computer. The role uses basic office equipment including a phone, video, computer, keyboard, mouse and printer. For in person meetings, this position will need to be able stand, walk within the office and climb stairs on occasion.
