Manufacturing Maintenance Technician Job Details:

Pay: $24-$29 per hour (Based on experience)

2nd Shift Hours: 2:30 pm - 10 pm, Monday-Friday

  • Maintain production lines, machines, and support equipment
  • Lead or assist in improvements, ensuring uptime and downtime targets are met
  • Repair and modify machines and support equipment in adherence to OEM and OSHA standards
  • Assist production in responding to internal and external audits and health inspection observations
  • Ensure scheduled Preventative and Corrective Maintenance programs are completed accurately and on time
  • Organize and manage inventory of spare parts and critical equipment
  • Comply with company policies, safety programs, SOPs, cGMP regulations, and batch record instructions
  • Maintain a safe work environment and participate in cleanup duties

Qualifications: Two or more years of work experience in a fast-paced or cosmetic work environment, knowledge of troubleshooting, strong attention to detail, excellent communication, math, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
