Pay Details: $22.00 per hour

- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ year's related experience
- Computer skills related to using Microsoft Office products
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions for use in practical situations
- Ability to effectively train, assign and monitor tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Coordinate with the Production Supervisors to lead daily operations of a production line with a focus on Quality, Efficiency, Delivery, and Safety
- Read, understand, and perform processes as described in established work instructions
- Provide adequate training and clear direction for production staff
- Maintain accurate documentation, as required, on topics such as, but not limited to, cross training, product standards, and safety
- Compile and analyze production records
- Require and maintain a safe work environment for all employees and any non-employees who may enter the production environment
Schedule:
- Monday-Thursday 6:30am-5:00pm
