Call Center Administrator

TEKsystems is hiring a Call Center Administrator in Omaha, NE!

Pay: $19.50/hr

Shift: 12pm-9pm M-F

Job Description:

• Make and receive phone calls with agents and applicants.
• Ensure new business files are in good order.
• Cross trained on how to handle all tele-applications, inspections and point of sale.
• Data entry into the different computer systems for new business orders.
• Updates statuses in systems call logs, provide status to agents and home offices.
• Provide email statuses to carriers, contact clients requesting current contract information.
• Answer multiple phone lines with accuracy and speed completing the appropriate client documentation.
• Respond to the needs and requests of clients and management staff in a professional and expedient manner.
• Mail out letters to applicants, or applications for wet signatures.
• Manage multiple email box accounts by updating files, and responding through emails.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to read and follow SOPs
• Accurately document all client information in the correct systems
• Strong computer skills, MS office skills
• Detail oriented
