Backup Nanny Care for a good infant boy

We are a family of 3 and have a 10 month old son. We also have a small _20lb) goldendoodle and she is very friendly. Nanny needs to be comfortable with pets, no no pet duties are expected. My son is a very chill kid, doesn't cry much and sleep trained. Meal prep, read books, encourage fine and gross motor skills, teach sign language Need backup care. He's going to be in daycare soon, and if he's sick or needs to stay home, we need a nanny to take care of him when both my husband and I work full time jobs.
