CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1-2 years of Call Center experience preferred
  • One (1) year of work experience in a call center environment
  • Two (2) years of work experience in a customer service focused role
  • Must be Bi-lingual
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Details:

  • $17.63/HR
  • Monday-Friday
  • Training hours will be M-F from 8:00am-5pm
  • Located in Louisville, KY 40210
  • Handle 100+ inbound calls per day
  • Sign-up new customers for services
  • Take payments
  • Assist with missed services and cancellations
