Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are seeking a Jr Graphic Artist/Print Production Assistant to join our team! You will create graphics to meet a commercial or promotional need.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare production proofs
- Create and maintain web-based e-commerce sites
- Create thumbnail images/enter design specs into internal production software
- Prepare artwork for production (spot color separations)
- Communicate and coordinate with customers
- Create original graphics and designs according to specs
- Redraw/refine client artwork
- Handle graphic projects from start to finish
- Develop and maintain image library files
Qualifications:
- Experience with design software (Adobe Illustrator/Adobe Photoshop) , including basic tools and shortcuts. REQUIRED.
- Eagerness to learn commercial printing
- Deadline and extremely detail oriented
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Organized
- Must be able to collaborate with Team as well as work independently
- Strong communication, time management and multitasking skills
- Must love dogs or be willing to learn to love dogs as ours frequently come to work (they are hypoallergenic)
