Copiers Plus is immediately looking for a Field Service / Network Technician with growth potential in our Wilmington branch. This position reports directly to our Service Manager. Kyocera and networking experience are a plus.
Responsibilities:
- As the candidate you must be highly motivated
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Flexible and comfortable working in a fluid environment
- Ability to lift 50 Lbs.
- Have a valid clean DL.
- Will be traveling from customer site to customer site.
- Break, fix, repair of hardware and network related issues
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma with a proven work history (in a related field preferred) and a minimum computer skillset
- Maintain a high level of professional relationships with our customers and fellow employees
- Perform full range of on-site maintenance and repairs
- Follow proper total service call procedures to make sure the equipment is running as expected
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues using strong analytical skills
- Accurately document service calls using the Remote Tech App
- Maintain, manage, and protect parts, car stock, company tools and other assigned assets

In the early years, Copiers Plus had one location and was operating on Ramsey Street in Fayetteville. With a small staff, everyone had multiple roles and it was not uncommon to see a salesperson delivering machines in a station wagon. Though the responsibilities were great, attention to detail and the passion to engage with customers planted the expectation seed of superior service. The team realized something that quickly became a founding principle – Care deeply for your clients and work hard to bring them the service they deserve.
