Quotations Assistant

Job duties:

Adding spec part numbers to quotes.
Compile RFQ requests to reps.
Follow up on quote requests.
Input vendor quotes.
Take notes in meetings.
Call to follow up with reps.

Qualifications:.

Ability to communicate effectively with management and internal employees through multiple means.
Must feel comfortable working in a dynamic, team-based environment where priorities and duties are continually changing.
Experience using computers and the internet is necessary.
Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
Must be able to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
